Zychem Technologies Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Wallage to the position of Operations and Customer Services Manager. Andrea took up her position on 2 September 2016.

Andrea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science majoring in Animal Science from the University of Adelaide, 1st Class Honors in Applied Science with majors in Animal Studies from the University of Queensland and is currently finishing her PhD in Agricultural Science.

Andrea’s PhD course has given her considerable experience in project design, planning, high order organisational skills of both time and people, research acumen, data analysis and report writing, all of which will have significant application to her new duties with Zychem Technologies Pty Ltd.

Throughout her considerable research career she has been involved in a variety of wildlife projects involving Echidnas, Eastern Grey and Red Kangaroos, Southern Hairy Nosed Wombats, Saltwater Crocodiles, as well as cattle in a commercial feedlot and clinical research setting.

Her work experience includes roles as a Research Scientist and Academic Tutor with the University of Queensland over a period of seven years and ten years as an Administrator with Amart Sports covering a wide range of administrative and management skills.

Andrea’s combination of Animal Science, People and Administrative Management skills makes her an excellent fit for her Senior Management role with Zychem Technologies and there is no doubt that she will make her presence felt with both Zychem’s Distributors and Clients.
